Hi all, I'm new here and I really need help with my Komfort. I have 2 problems :
1- My battery don't want to charge, I'm plugged on a 30 amp electric source but my battery goes down ( in 1 day ) so I always need a charger connected. Someone can tell me where is the converter and if there is a fuse on it because all of my fuse ( on the board ) are good and no breakers down.
2- The outside radio don't want to open, nothing happens when i push the power on.
You might have a converter problem because unless your battery is REALLY bad, your 12-volt accessories (ie. lights, fans, maybe your radio) should work as long as you are plugged into 30-amp power. You should have a 15-amp circuit breaker on your 110-volt fuse panel labeled 'Converted'. Are you sure it is in the 'on' position. Also, if you can find the converter (usually hidden somewhere not far from your fuse panels) you will probably find that it is plugged into a 110-volt outlet ... check to make sure the plug is in firmly. Bonne chance!
for anyone who that will happen, this is the problem :
I didn't removed my battery this winter so, the gaz sensor has put the battery down. And when the battery is down and something is connected, you have 2 fuses (40 amp) directly on the converter and those fuse will grill. That mean :
When we are not connected on 110v, disconnect the battery, otherwise, that can happen again...
