I have 2018 Dutchmen Endurance Toy Hauler 3556. It's is 39 ft long. I only have the rear and front jacks. I have been looking at the king pin stabilizer and the universal rv stabilizer. I was wonder if anybody have used the universal stabilizer or do you think a king pin stabilizer will be good to help with the trailer movement. The lik below is for the universal stabilizer.
Dan, I went with a JT Strong stabilizer system on my Voltage 3305. I came from a bumper tow toy hauler and it didnít rock nearly as much but I felt it pretty good in this one.
I did some research and it seemed the only good way to help was a system like I went with. Expensive but seems to work well. I read mixed reviews on all the other methods including the king pin stabilizers or tire chocks. It seemed like for every positive review on these things there was more than one negative one. All the reviews or at least the vast majority of what I read were positive on the system I went with. I ended up buying and paying for install at my dealer when I had my rig in for warranty work so not cheap but good.
If I didnít already have my trailer at the dealer for other work I would have probably done the install myself but I figured these guys do it all the time and if there was any issues I could take it to them. Probably cost me a few hundred in labor but they had all necessary parts to drill and install on my hydraulic jacks so I spent the dough and enjoyed my free time.
