3905 fresh water pump access

My pump has stopped working and I can't figure out where it is or how I can access it.
It appears that it's on the driver's side access compartment next to the water inputs and controls. There is a panel that has two handles but doesn't want to pull out
I'm afraid of breaking it.

Can someone help me please?

You probably will have to remove a handful of screws that hold on the panels that cover the insides of that area.

There are screws into everything, nothing intuitive at all.

Where are the fuses?

Fuses are in the convertor which should be by your switch control panel.

The pump is running but it doesn't stop. It's not building enough pressure to stop running.
It's like it can't prime, but when I open a valve, a spurt of water comes out and the. It runs out of pressure.
I'm lost right now. When the valves are shut, the pump gets louder like it's trying to build pressure but it never gets to its set point to turn off.

Sounds to me like you need to add water to the tank.

I guess it worked in the past?. If it has I think you need to replace it with a new one. I replaced my leaking one with a Shurflo. Much quieter and more pressure.

Best place to access the water pump on the 3905 is the from the driver side. Open the door that gives you access to you plumbing controls, fresh water, dump handles etc.

Remove the panel just to the left of the control panel. You might have to crawl in the the other side to remove some of the aluminum angle holding it in place.

The pump will be on the floor right behind that panel.

It is easiest to remove the hose not from the pump but where the hose connect to the plumbing. The hoses will only be a couple of feet long.

Pump should be screwed to the floor with four screws. Not easy to see but do able with light and a cordless drill with extension or just a screw drive.

Note the wiring. I forget the coding on the stuff. Black to black and red to white. Can't recall right now. Just make a note.

I had an Mobile RV Tech replace my pump once. He did it from the passengers side, laying on this belly and reaching in deep in to get to it. He was wrong. It is much easier from the driver side.

I replaced it again myself after the second pump failed.

Be prepared to possible clean up a bit of a mess you may find it there.

Mr. Obvious here to help point out the obvious. Assuming it worked at some point, make sure the pump switch is on. I had person that will remain nameless turn off all the switches on the panel and then swore everything was on. After I took the wall down and confirmed the lack of 12v to the pump and check the fuse did I realize that the switch was off.

As he can hear the pump running that eliminates the switch, fuse & wiring.

Agreed. I had one that only ran and would not pick up the water. Almost has to be a bad pump if there is water in the tank.

Might try hooking up city water and pressurize system and fill hot water tank. Disconnect and try on board pump maybe an air lock.

That is a possibility. Good place to start.
