2022 Yukon 399ML - Slide Out Floor Expansion & Replacement

Good morning, we have finally been approved for entire floors of two slides to be replaced due to expansion problems from water. Wondering why Dutchmen does not use a non-permeable underlay on the two lower slides that come in direct contact from moisture wheel driving as they do with the bedroom slide that has a non-permeable underlay that only sees the light of day when stopped?
Dutchmen customer support is useless. Anyone been able to push higher with the company??
