2005 Denali sofa slide not going out

Hi
2005 33ft Denali with three slides. The bedroom and front room slide work slow but fine. The biggest slide (sofa) makes noise, like a light click and I can feel it vibrate under my feet however it doesn't move. I am guess it might be off track. I am looking for instructions how to manually move this slide out. The TT did not come with owners manual. I haven't found this style of TT on the WWW either. Any help would be appreciated.

There is always a manual slide option. There is usually a handle crank somewhere stored in the rv. The one that is tough is those with the cables. Picture always help…

Thank you. I may start with my friend Jack. The slide mechanisms have a cover over them that I need to drop to see where the manual is. Fun times. Still researching what the potential model and maker of the slide is. Would help a ton.
