Ok, well, your next step is to check that the coax cable connections are still connected AND TIGHT... both outside up on the roof on the antenna itself, and inside to the wall plate.
For the inside, you'll need to remove the wall plate, and verify that the cable is still tightly connected to the back side. Also, if there's a splitter behind the wall that has inputs for the OTA antenna & cable input, that those connections are tight also.
If you do that, and still can't get reception... you may have a break in the coax cable itself. Easiest way to test that is by using something like what's in the link below. Screw a sensor to one end of the cable... then the test unit to the other and check the pass/fail reading.

Oh.. and one other thing. Before doing all of that... just checking that, on your TV, you did go into the menu and have it scan for new channels when you changed locations... right?
