Troublesome A/C Unit

We purchased a 2014 Dutchmen Denali on 3/12/14 and nine days later our Dometic a/c stopped working. We had it looked at and were told that there was a loose wire and poor seal. These were both fixed and the unit worked again for another 11 days, then stopped once again. We removed the cover on the a/c unit on the roof to see if we could figure out what was going on. The fan had fallen off and a blade was broken. We then traveled 300 miles back to the dealership where we purchased out trailer, and they were able to replace the fan and the unit worked once again. Two days later, the unit stopped working again. We have lost our sense of humor over this issue and are trying to get this resolved. Has anyone ever had the same issues with a Dometic a/c and if so, what was the problem?

Our's runs.... It just shakes the trailer like a vibrator bed!

Just before I took it back to them in April, I found the mounting bolts were finger loose. We haven't had it back out since, but it seemed to help.

That is usually a fan. I had one that did that and the ac guy came out with a box full of fans blades and changed out 4 or 5 and found a balanced one and it smoothed right out that simple.... I was impressed.
