She's home

Well it's done,

We picked up our brand new 2014 Kodiak 240 BHSL today.

From what I have seen so far, the quality seems good.

There were a few minor items found during the PDI. Most of them were fixed right away.

I will have to go back for 2 small scratches in the gelcoat. DW found them.

This weekend I'm going in with the tools....

I will add 2 Vortex fan, 2 Maxxair, a handle for the sreen door, hinged caps for the rear bumper. I also saw that beneath the sink area where the water pump is, there is a lot of wasted room, so I will add a few shelf in there for stuff that is used less often.

Next weekend will be the initial shakedown run.

Will add pics of the mods as I go along.

Congrats on the new 240BHSL. My wife and I also took took delivery of this same model just last weekend. We spent the weekend camping just a few miles from our dealer just in case we encountered any problems. Only problem was 1 door catch I had to reposition. We love our new vacation home and feel certain you will also. Happy camping.
