Replace cooktop with full oven

21 Kodak here, looking at possibilities of removing the camp stove style cooktop and replacing it with a stove and oven.
Has anyone done this? I know I’ll need to modify the cabinet under the cooktop, but it doesn’t look impossible to do.

Again, you have a limited amount of electricity to work with so be mindful to keep it gas.
