Repairing or Replacing Tip Out Bed (Door) 2009 Aerolite Cub 185

I am hoping someone has experience with repairing or replacing Bunk End/Tip Out Rear Door on an Aerolite Cub or similar. Bought the 2009 Aerolite Cub 185 camper used. When putting the rear bunk door back into locked position after our first time out, I noticed that the fiberglass had popped out from the seal and that there was some deterioration in the plywood (The lower 3-4 inches above the seal towards the lower middle of the door). It did not feel spongy when we bought it, and it is not wet now. We have called all of the local dealers and even the salvage yards, and can't seem to find replacement, so looks like a repair is on the agenda. We are thinking about using a marine epoxy to stabilize the wood, and either some aluminum sheeting under the fiberglass or diamond plating over top or both. Does anyone have a source for replacement doors? Any thoughts on our proposed repair plan?

Have you tried some of the salvage yards?

I’m sure they have them in different states.

Thank you. I am in Canada, so with the border closed, it is harder for us to cross these days, but I'll see if we can find some salvage in the US.
