no water in comode

on 2014 Denali 287RE used to have water in the bottom of the commode. Seems to leak out now.

Love the trailer and are really enjoying it in Apache Jct. AZ this winter. Couldn't be a better unit for us.

Sounds like it needs a new seal and/or ball valve and seal. Since it's new it should be covered under warranty.
