LED awning light problems

Hello all, our new 2022 TT awning light didn't work from day one of our purchase back in May of this year, CW replaced and installed a new LED light and again not all the lights on the stripe functioned. We recently took the TT back to CW for warranty work and again the LED awning light failed to fully illuminate. This is the 3rd LED awning light failure. CW is ordering another LED awning light to be installed when order arrives.
Has anyone experienced this type of problems before and if so, what was your outcome?
I'm not savvy with electrical, but could the light stripe only be receiving partial electrical to LED awning stripe?

Walmart has better LED strips than CW would ever put on your RV...

Look into "MONSTER" LED strips at WallyWorld! Buy them, let them put them on. Plus they give pretty colors...

Any idea if the current strip is 12v or does it use a driver to convert the voltage to something else?

I just looked at an installation for my RV, easy enough, the strips come with sticky stuff on them to mount the strip, I would mount it directly to the RV wall near the top where it will stay steady. use the USB to 12 V adaptor and VIOLA! new lights... that you can change the color of with the remote they have that comes with the lights.

Awning LEDs

I have a 2018 Dutchman voltage 3305 the awning LEDs are working fine but it’s the track that the strip goes in is the problem it is made out of plastic and it gets hot and warped and it looks like a snake. The awning has been replaced once under warranty but now it’s out of warranty and now it looks terrible. once in a while the LED strips fall out of the track because of the bends and the warps caused the LED lights to fall out does anybody have any solutions on this problem.
