Ladder installation

We have a 2007 Denali 26FB TT and want to install a ladder. We have been unable to obtain a diagram or any info from Dutchman on the anchor points. Does anyone have any information or plans on where the anchor points are?
Thanx, Don

I posted this same question a year or so ago on this forum (or possibly another?). Anyway, I was told that the ladders are installed at the factory and if yours does not have one then it can not be installed after as the anchor point's are not there.
I never verified this directly with Dutchman and kind of let it go. I'd love to get an answer though.

I recently purchased a 2015 Kodiak 300BHSL. The pictures on the website showed a ladder on the rear of the trailer, but when we got there to do the inspection and purchase the trailer, I actually held up the purchase because the trailer did not have the ladder installed. Consequently, the dealership was going to install the ladder but after they consulted Dutchman to determine the location of the anchor points, they were told by Dutchman that the extra supporting wood imbedded in the wall during construction is only put there when they (the manufacturer) installs the ladder and that you cannot install a ladder as an aftermarket product without installing the support required in the walls.

Since the photos on their website showed the ladder but the unit they sold me didn't have the ladder, the dealership reimbursed me for the cost of the ladder. I ended up purchasing a telescoping ladder ( Xtend & Climb 12.5 ft. Telescoping Aluminum Extension Ladder with 300 lb. Load Capacity Type 1A Duty Rating-780P - The Home Depot )

I am of the opinion that the telescopic ladder is the way to go anyway. The manufacturers ladder is thin wall aluminum, and is very sketchy with my 185lbs on it.

Great information - thank you. Will go with the telescoping ladder and call it a day. Cheers!

I was told something similar by Dutchmen when I inquired about adding a ladder to mine. During early monring (or late night) when the temp is right I can see the outline of the framing on the wall and clearly I am missing at least one of the "supports". I was however looking at a ladder that sat on the bumper. Also my ladder would be on the same wall as the shower so I could remove the plastic shower wall and put a metal plate behind it for support.

Havent pulled the trigger yet...
