How accurate is NADA for used TT value?
I am looking at a 2005 Lite M-19F that a friend is selling. I've used it a couple times and the wife and I are thinking about buying it as our first camper. He asked me to make him an offer that he couldn't refuse, but I really don't know what that offer should be.
Everything works and the A/C unit and fridge are new. It also has two new tires. It is modified from original as the person he bought it from used it as an office. He installed a bed in the back and uses a modified futon for up front.
It will probably be just for my wife and our currently one year old twins. NADA lists it from $4,450 on the low end to $5,360 average. I was thinking $4,000 to start.
It comes with an indoor storage unit, which I would take over, along with a load distributing hitch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
