Great Customer Service

Had some cosmetic repairs made to front fiberglass cap of my Komfort. Little mishap between trailer and truck. (operator error) lol After gel coat was repaired we had front cap sprayed with truck Bed Liner product by Rhino. I had to remove original safety labels in the process. I wanted to keep trailer up to date and looking new. I emailed Dutchmen customer service and inquired about buying replacement labels for propane safety etc. Within days they sent me 2, complete set of labels for my trailer at no cost. Great response time and getting them free was a nice surprise! I call that great customer service.

Re: Great Customer Service

The work to the front cap turned out very nice. It was a good thing in Dutchmen's part to send you the decal.

Re: Great Customer Service

Thanks. I can't take credit for idea. My friend and I were looking at the dings and the damage from the "backup incident" and he suggested it as repair option. He suggested it might even make the cap more flexible in the future. Color match is perfect and so far so good.

Great job...very innovative idea of you folks to use a bed liner product ..great idea.I wonder if the bed liner product could be used as a replacment roofing product on the rubber roof?

Thanks for sharing.

Congrats, hopefully the customer service fairy visits soon and leaves the stuff that was missing or fell off of my trailer. Of course there is still the warrranty work but at least that would be a start.
