Fresh water hose from fill neck to tank

I recently purchased a 1997 Classic GL and in the process of going through everything I realized the flex hose going from the water fill neck to the tank is cracked. What is the common replace hose for this, the LaSalle Bristol fill hose I am finding online? Or is there an alternative I can get from a local hardware store?

You can use any rated hose the correct size. I would consider possibly upgrading to something a bit better. I seem to recall having used the clear reinforced thick wall tubing from Lowe's on one unit.

Something like this https://www.lowes.com/pd/B-K-1-1-4-i...ing/1000116003 ?

It is the only 1 1/4" I see that references anything about using non-toxic FDA materials.

Yup that's the stuff. I seem to recall ours was reinforced, but as long as it says FDA you should be fine with it. It doesn't have to take any major pressure so that is a non issue.
