Finally! My wife bought me a 3500 Lippert Electric tongue jack for my birthday. I installed it in a 1/2 hour. Beats paying $90+ for an install. Looking forward to using it this weekend. Just another upgrade

I never leave home without it. But you want to make sure you have spare fuses for it, they are a pig when the fuse blows and you don't have a spare and you have to hand crank it.

I found a fix for that problem, I got myself a cheap throw away 1/2 deep socket and cut slots into it. I set my drill to the power setting and let the drill do the work. What a coincidence, it also fits the spare tire racks driveshaft.

It's a much easier on my arthritic shoulders.

I already put extra fuses in. Thanks for the suggestion for the drill. I used the manual crank the other day just to make sure that worked fine.
