Roof inspection and maintenance should be done twice a year just to make sure. I am fortunate in that I can see the roof of my Coleman from the back porch. Needs to be cleaned. and there is green stuff growing on the underside of the TV antenna. I will be up there in a month or so installing a new powered vent. Contemplating solar panels too.
