Agree. What is frustrating to me is that it is no longer under warranty (1 Year), but now under an extended warranty plan. However, the issue is an intermittent one, which makes it difficult to troubleshoot. Sometimes, when I disconnect, then reconnect the city water hose, the problem goes away. Or I go underneath the sink and loosen the hose and gently tap on a valve connected to the city water port, the problem goes away.

Water pump works fine a low pressure; however, now I have another leak in the bathroom sink area, after using the water pump. Ugh....
