Hmmm? I have some background in fiberglass and gelcoat repair. It was actually my first real job with a Company called "Mobile Traveler" but that was another lifetime....
Cold weather won't crack fiberglass, at least not without water already being present in an existing hole or crack so it may be worth investigating the cause before you cure it only to have it re-occur. If the surface gelcoat is cracked but the underlying glass mat is still intact, you should still be water proof. The gelcoat can be sanded and reapplied, very light wet sand, rub out, buff and almost as good as new. There are boat repair shops that are expert at color matching or you could re-coat the entire stall and probably get a better job. Boat shops deal with fiberglass repair a lot more than "Billy Bob's RV and tackle Shop" Just sayin!
Lastly, WHY did it happen in the first place? I suspect the stall is not well supported and the walls flexed causing the gelcoat to crack. The gelcoat is pretty fragile and ridged compared to the fiberglass backing attached to it. Even a poorly supported floor or rotted floor support may reflect in flexing the walls. Definitely find out why first!!
