Will outdoor speakers cause leaks

this is my first trailer with exterior speakers, even though they are caulked around will they still alow water to enter from the front of the speaker, i know most have speakers and this might be a crazy question but we get wind driven rain here

OK......I don't know this for certain, but I don't think that any manufacturer of outside speakers and their application for rv's would allow water penetration to interior walls.
I've washed my TT several times and rinsed with a hose, and although I try NOT to spray directly at the speaker grills, I've not noticed any water penetration when doing so......as another suggestion, ask your dealer about this.

My last 3 trailers all had outside speakers and we have never had any problem with any of them, we live and camp year around on the Oregon Coast and get lots of wind and rain. I think your safe.
