Water Source Switch?

We are new owners of a 2022 Kodiak Cub 175BH. We hooked up to a full camp site for the first time and noticed the water pump keeps running any time we flush the toilet.

This is eliminated by turning the pump switch off but we’re concerned about larger issues. I was reading somewhere that some pumps have a switch for when on city water connections vs. the fresh tank. Does anyone know if the 175BH has this and where it would be located?

Also, those of you who indicate your cub has a radio - is it located at the main power panel inside the front door?

Many thanks to those more seasoned!

Should be able to turn off the pump switch when connected to water. There is a one way valve at or in the pump.

There are no "larger issues". Turn the pump "off".

My 2018 rear dinette Cub has the radio in the rear dinette area. It is a Furrion with disk player, Bluetooth music player, and TV connections as well as an AM/FM radio.

It is so complicated to operate that I rarely use it. When I do get the manual out and work through the cryptic controls it has good sound.

I am not sure what you are asking. There is a fuse in the main fuse panel.

Usually when releasing the flush pedal or handle the water should shut off.

Water pump switch

Sounds to be working nominally. You can turn the pump on when you're connected to city water or when you're using your water tank the trailer. It's the same and usually only switch.
