I just picked up our new travel trailer and forgot to ask where the bypass valve for the water heater is located so I can winterize it. Also, how many psi from my air compressor can I safely use to purge the pipes without danger of bursting them. Any links would also be appreciated.
Thanks all!
Typically they are mounted near the backside of the water heater, usually accessed from inside the camper. I use about 25 psi to blow the system. Is is "supposedly" designed for 45 psi, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The bypass valve is located behind the water heater. You can access it by removing the panel to the left of the fireplace (it has the round heat vent on it). It's right there, easy reach inside to turn the three valves>
