I am impressed!
When we started having electrical problems with our refrigerator in Kodiak, we went to Camping World. The supervisor of the warranty department as much as called us 'stupid'.
I called Dutchmen and told them what happened and they told us to go to Affordable RV. So, we did. They found the problem. It seems that our refrigerator was wired to a GFI which is why we continued to pop circuits.
They are going to fix the problem by installing the refrigerators own GFI where it will be dedicated ONLY to the refrigerator.
The owner of Affordable knew that we had been exposed to a forest fire while camping and asked me if we had had our roof inspected. I said no, but we did wash off all of the pink fire retardant. She said they would inspect the roof at no cost to us.
These people at Affordable RV are the best. I am so thankful that Dutchmen recommended them. Now they are fixing the one and only problem we have ever had with our wonderful little Kodiak.
