213RBSL Outdoor Kitchen Gas line

Hi all,

We purchased a little Weber Q1200 for use while camping. If I purchase an adaptor hose to connect to the Outdoor stove quck disconnect LP gas line (under the OD Kitchen) will the Weber work OK?

I am hearing most of the camper LP lines are regulated at the tank connection and if your grill has a regulator on it (the Weber does), then the grill won't work.

We were hoping to not have to bring along an extra LP tank......Any ideas?

Thanks!

My weber grill works great hooked up to the outside gas line. This is the conversion kit I got, I also went with the 10ft hose as I put a small table outdside the kitchen area to grill on.

If you connect he QD after the regulator on the camper, remove the regulator from the weber. Works great - just don't connect the weber to a propane directly ever after. The QD you are referring to is more than likely regulated, but I would trace it to be sure.

Thanks! We had hoped to keep it so that we can use it now and then at the house, but I can see we're moving towards it being a grill just for the camper. Agree on the 10ft hose, we need put it out from under the awning. Price is reasonable too, thanks!

You can get a hose with the regulator on it that will connect to a regular propane tank if you wanted to use it at home.

You got it! I took the regulator off my smoker and use an adjustable regulator so I can run her low and slow! (Or I can replicate a blast oven should the need arise!)
