2019 Kodiak 201QB water in wheel well

I found a leak in the kitchen window of my TT and fixed it yesterday. The manufacturer didn't get the butyl tape installed correctly and left a huge gap along the top of the window frame (over 4" long...). After repair, I ran the hose again to confirm no water on the countertop.

While doing this, I checked under the cabinet to confirm no new water down the inside wall and found a puddle. I had seen this originally but assumed it was water running inside the wall somehow. Now that the window is properly sealed, this must be from another source.

Moving the hose down the wall to the exterior seam at wheel well height, I can confirm that somewhere along this area is a leak source. So I now have 2 questions.

1) Is there a known location I should be looking at? I don't see anything obvious so at this point I would just be removing the seal along the length of the black screw-down strip and possibly removing the plastic fender extension. The only visible locations I can seal are the screws holding the fender extension in place.

2) Is there a drain hole in the wheel well for a low point drain? With an exposed metal fender inside, it seems like a great location for condensation to build up. If that's the case, a drain seems like an obvious way to keep puddles from forming. Did the mfg install a drain? If so, water in this location is less bad than if it can build up.
