Sewer Tap = $0, extended off laundry room
50 amp plug = $100 materials + lunch for the electrical crew

Being able to plug in / fill up to get ready for a trip &
clean up / dump after a trip...

Yea I have one at my home too. Has 2 sewer dumps, 2 30 amp plugs & a hose bib.
Right now I have 4 Rv's parked on my property. Two are mine, one is my sons and other is my brothers. If Tim my nephew buys a RV I told him with 5 acres I think we can find a spot for it.

I know the feeling!

I have two 30 amp hookups, splitter on the frost proof hydrant, and a sewer clean out that can be uncovered for dumping. I used to be on the Airstream courtesy parking list. Came home one week from being on the road and there were 4 Airstreams that weren't mine parked in the yard along with a fifth wheel that belonged to one of my co-workers from TN. I have 40 acres so plenty of room, especially if you want to boondock.

Currently I am on the Lance FreeLoaders list, but haven't had any takers yet.
