Mornin, newbie to all of this. My first RV is a 2018 Dutchmen Denali 287RE. It seems that there are a lot of "community knowledege" that isn't really written down anywhere so hopefully I can find these little nuggets of info before I figure it out the hard way.

I little about us, it will be mainly my wife and I enjoying this new toy since my daughter has 1 more year of High School and she will be off to college somewhere. Time goes too fast. I have 3 more years of the Military (Navy of 30 yrs) before retirement and then I have to figure out what I want to do when I grow up.

Mornin everyone!!!

Hello Mark! First off, thank you for your service and congratulations for sticking it out for 30 years. there are lots of former military folks on this board. My last RV was a 287RE which was destroyed in a hurricane and turned into an insurance RV from there. We loved that RV and used it lots.

Welcome to the forum.

Frank

If you have time you can spend some time looking around here at the various topics. Also some of the Facebook pages have some good discussion of a lot of stuff. And you can ask questions here from all of us. Lots of good information here.

Mornin, no I haven't gone anywhere. Lol. I did give it it's first trip and so far so good. I think I have a slide out awning sticking when I extend. So that will be my first fix once I do some more searching on how to remove it.

Merry Chrismas!!!
