Congrats and welcome !!
Grew up just south of you..... CR class of 74
We like to get down to the Inlet a couple times a year with our rig. Spring and fall are the only times we can get into the North side.

Nice rig, just curious what you do with dinette chairs while traveling? Do they secure somehow?

all new 2021 floorplan. Even has another fireplace in bedroom. (ooohhh ahhhh). I just started some small mods to gain storage and hardwiring EMS/surge protector. Right now I'm finding very shoddy workmanship. Finding missing trim pieces, finding trim pieces having no idea wth they go. Called about grill mount missing on side of trailer, waiting for dealer and/or manufacture to respond back.

It looks like we went to the same dealer??
We found our's used a couple seasons back. Were camping at Killens at the time. Ended up pulling our trailer off site, driving to Milford, and parking next to the "new" unit and proceeded to offload from one to another.... then back to the site with the new one.
Of course, being used I didn't have to deal with any warranty stuff.
Hope they make good on things..... or at least help out with gettin help from corporate..?

It is a shame... the coin you pay for brand new.... and what they send out the door as a finished product. Just take off an access panel and see what behind 'curtain no.s 1 thru 5'... makes one wonder what their thinking.

"EMS/Surge Protector": I don't want crappy electricity getting anywhere near my trailer so built in protection is not for me. A built in unit as shown will not detect a problem upstream from the device; i.e. a short between the external shore power plug and the detector. A short in the wiring coming from the shore power plug could cause a fire and the shown device will not detect that.

I purchased a device that checks for over/under current, voltage, etc. and is also a surge protector. First thing I do upon arriving at a camp site is plug it into the electrical pedestal and let it do it's thing; if everything is OK then and only then will I connect the trailer to the pedestal. I leave the device plugged into the pedestal and the trailer shore power is plugged into the device. In so doing if there is a surge, over or under voltage, sometimes called a brownout, it will be detected, shut off the power if necessary until the problem is resolved, and everything in the trailer will be protected.

My advice is to protect the electrical system in the trailer before external shore power is connected. The device I use is a Southwire Black 34930 Surge Guard 30A-Full Protection Portable with LCD Display. It also comes in a50A version. It's available on Amazon.

The Watchdog doesnt allow power in until it checks it. if power and/or pole is good it will allow power thru. If not it will turn red, stay off and show code on front panel and bt to my phone. Works the exact same way as the hanging ones, just at the other end of the cable instead at the plug end. I went this route because it is modular. If and when it does its job, I dont have to go buy a whole new SP. just replace modules inside for a couple of bucks. W

Just a side note, I have the plug in system that goes at the pedestal. The last place I was at, the unit I have would not pass power. I found a crappie breaker, fixed it and checked the power seven ways to sunday! result was that the power was fixed and OK and the protector had given up it's life so I needed to get it replaced by the MFR which happened in two days (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PROGRESSIVE BECAUSE OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE)...

Anyway, the end result is that I needed to plug into the ped directly and wait for the replacement unit. My question to you is if that happens to you, would you have a way to bypass the unit and still operate?
