New to us Denali 246RK

Just upgraded to a 2013 from our original 1998 Mallard 25A! Looking forward to reading the forums and picking up some modification tips, etc.... Would first like to know what interior LED bulbs are the best.

Cheers

Hey Merritt,

Welcome to the forum, from your neighbour up 97C.

I converted all of my lights inside and out to LEDs that I bought off ebay. Just do some shopping and you'll find all you want. They make a big difference in battery life if you use you lights a lot when your boondocking.

Thanks for replying

I did find a lot of different options for LED's on eBay... What type did you get? Paddle/flat or round? Warm or cool white? thanks!

I bought the flat panel, I think it was 24 maybe more LEDS per panel. They stick inside the fixture with 3M tape, there are some that come with adapters that will fit a couple of different types of fittings.

I have a couple of fluorescent fixtures that I'm I am going to hard wire 3 or4 of the panels into.

Look for the bright white or daylight, they give a whole lot more light than the warm whites.

We prefer the warm white for most applications, but that may just be us. I would suggest purchasing a couple of each and see which works for you. We use LED's at home too. The only place I have put bright white is in work shop and for some task lighting.
