Talking New to Dutchmen...but not rv'ing

Just picked up our new 2017 Kodiak Ultimate 230RBSL. Built 3/8/17. Bought it at TAC RV in Moyock, NC. Couldn't say enough about the entire experience. Our sales rep Dana, was awesome and very thorough. Mike in service made sure the trailer was ready and the PDI was flawless.

Went out in driveway today and filled water tank and ran water...no leaks or drips and the water heater came on first try. Hooked up to city water, and no surprises there either. A/c works great. Furnace fired right up. All drains tight and no leaks. Holding tanks drained properly. Awning works flawlessly, and so does dinette slide. In-Command system is really cool to operate...and that Ground Control TT 3.0 leveling system is fun to just watch ! TV and radio work perfectly.

Fit and finish as good or better than any rv we have owned in 40 years. We know because we have owned a pop-up, two different truck campers (one a Lance w/slide), fifth wheel, an Airstream, two motorhomes, and another travel trailer. Most, except Lance had a laundry list of issues at delivery and in first year...but not this Kodiak !!!!

Knock on wood...i'm floored by this trailer so far, and we are both picky.

Going dry-camping next weekend....

Welcome, it's good to have some more campers under 30 feet around. Nice to see you haven't discovered any problems, yet.
