New Owner - 245RKS

Hi All, well we did the double and got a 245RKS and then got a Ford F150 FX4 Ecoboost to tow it with, been impressed so far and the trailer is nice, have found this forum informative although as a new owner, a little worrying too in places.

Looking forward to interacting with you!

TC

Welcome & don't worry just go out & have fun. Like most web sites folks will tell you more about their problems then their good times. I wouldn't give up any of my RV great times. Have I had problems with RV's over the last 25 years, yes. Sure hasn't stopped me as this is my lets see 1 tent trailer, 3 travel trailers, & on my 5th 5th wheel. Oh and 1 living quarters horse trailer.

Welcome TC, If you aren't busy this weekend hitch up and come over to Algonac state park on the north side of Detroit and say hi. We will be on the shotgun range (in the park) between 10 am and 7 pm Sat. but would definitely share a beverage and campfire if you would like.

Its a nice Shotgun only Range. They have the rules posted and from what we observed they were all followed... Mostly... The noise can be heard in the campground but it would not keep anyone from taking a nap if they wanted to. They have stands to mount your clay thrower to (bring a bunch of c clamps and couple of short 2x6). Also have 6 or 7 benches and some pick nick tables for gun cases. Range hours are 10 am to 7 pm. No extra charge for anything if you are already in the park. NICE! I just wish it was not 5 hours away from home.
