New 2014 3800

Hello my name is Allen and we (wife and I) just picked up a new 3800 full body paint. For the first time in my life with buying a trailer/coach everything was in great working condition as it should be. Only 2 issues sani flush for 2nd black tank (can't hear water running in black tank) and propane indicator on the switching valve (no red/green indicator showing). After that I am in love with my coach. Everyone has a bad story and a good story. This time mine is good. Before you sign do your due diligence on the coach, there are a lot of check list out there for this. We took a full 4 hrs on the walk through before the purchase.

Thank you. I has be fun to pull and not so fun to wash(it's like washing your house) :-). Yes we ordered 3 A/C units. All three fans will run at the same time however the power management system will only allow 2 compressors to run on a 50 amp service. It will switch them automatically and I must say it kept it nice and cool while we were in Moab Utah.

Thank you... That is a great question as I was very concerned with the height in the beginning. Depending on where you live most free ways that accommodate an 18 wheeler will accommodate this trailer, its height is 13' 4". Any time I take it out even to a fuel station I will google to make sure I know where I am going not only for height but because it's 42 feet long also. The lowest overpass I have come across in my travels to this point is 13' 10" and my heart was racing. All and all this trailer really behaves it's self nicely. I will say having bumper pulled all my life this it the first 5th wheel and hands down the 5th wheel is less stress. When you get into this size of setup it's kind of a different world, I pulled across a CAT scale when refueling and was amazed at the numbers. Front axle 5400lbs, dually 7400lbs, and trailer 15,700lbs putting me at a gross weight of 28,500lbs. I kind of swallowed hard. :-)

Congrats on the new trailer. I also have a new 3895 full body paint. Mine had the same problem you described about the rear santi-flush. They had to replace the check valve and now it works as it should.
