Hi everyone I am Alvin,
I bought my trailer a few weeks ago. It is a Dutchmen Classic 28bh. I have posted in a few groups here and talked to the manufacturers customer service people on this as all the appliances anything that ran on propane and the converter were removed by vandals. Hence the great deal on the unit.
In my conversations with Dutchmen, my local rv dealers and posts I have made in this group I have answers on most of the items I need to purchase and install. I am down to 2 issues and I will be off to a great season of camping. I would like to thank everyone who has made input into this as it is very much appreciated.
The 2 items left are the furnace and the wiring diagram. If anyone has this unit or similar unit and knows what model furnace they have or more importantly the btu you’re input is greatly appreciated. I have gotten stories both ways of too many brush blowing out boards to freezing because of to few btu. I plan to use my unit year round and it seems to be very well constructed and tight.
Item number 2 the wiring diagram. If anyone has the same unit Dutchmen Classic 28bh if you can send me a clear picture of your diagram it would be greatly appreciated otherwise I am flying blind rewiring this unit.
