Already made one short trip in it. The trailer has been fine but towing with a 1500, not so much. Flat country here so it is doable but I can't imagine pulling mountains with it. Might need to upgrade tow vehicle sooner then I thought

~1000lbs hanging on the ball, behind the bumper, is pretty taxing on our superbly comfortable American 1/2 tons.

It's the RV-debate that will never be settled.

But many have settled it for themselves. And are satisfied they did so as they finally can loosen their death grip on the wheel. Lol

Welcome! Nice home away from home.

Welcome

Thats alot of trailer for a 1/2 ton truck? You can do it but you will be on the edge. You cant put to much in your bed of the truck.

You are right. Just traded it in yesterday for a 2500 4x4.
