I use black pepper, that makes it stop real fast. Learned that from Granny Jones, I don't know what it is, but it works. Try it next time you get a leak.

And a tablespoon of yellow mustard for cramps! (there is actually some science behind this one!)

What do you do with the mustard?

I remember mustard plasters, you mix up a goop of mustard, spread it on a cloth, then apply to painful area. Just don't fall asleep with that sucker on. It's like the worst sunburn you could imagine.

Ginger is good for upset stomach. We keep a case of Gingerale in the cold-room for just that purpose.

Eat it! I carry a few mustard packets just for this purpose. The mustard triggers the body to produce acetylcholine which is used as a muscle relaxer. Also there are trace minerals in it which may help replenish them.

Scared me, I though you were talking about Keens Mustard Powder.
