2021 Coleman Lantern LT 17B

Proud owner as of 8/11. Great little starter trailer. Luckily I’m a Certified RVIA Technician and I specialize in customization of a particularly high-end brand...

Anyway, we don’t dry camp (yet) so electrical upgrades are low priority.

TV: 2016 4Runner, B&M transmission cooler, Redarc brake controller, blue ox 750 WD hitch

So far:

Added Voyager Rear View Camera in place of Furion factory set up

Removed bathroom vent and installed Fan-Tastic fan and ultra breeze cover

Added 2 stabilizer jacks to front frame

Swapped microwave for Cuisinart cmv-200 convection oven/microwave combo

Spare tire and cover on bumper

Receiver hitch mounted to front frame for blue ox storage

Next:

Dinette Fan-tastic fan upgrade (waiting on parts)

Shower door upgrade to RecPro accordion style (ordered, waiting)

Rear bed storage solution, either hinged platform or add exterior compartment door for better access.

Possibly air bag upgrade in TV. So far only sags 1” when loaded.

Excited to get out there!

what size spare rim did you get?

I am struggling to find a spare tire/rim for my 2021 Coleman Lantern 17B. Thanks! I know the tire size, but it seems like the bolt pattern hub diameter needed is like puling teeth? any help is appreciated!

i also have a 17b (2020) and be advised that the rear bumper is NOT well attached to the trailer frame. i have a spare tire and a hitch insert on the bumper that had a bike rake and a single bicycle and the welds failed as shown in the pictures previously posted.

i recommend installing RV bumper brackets. something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...5AMV0CZY&psc=1
i'm planning on having the welds repaired and will be installing these brackets after that.

hope that helps....
