I always do everything you mentioned,, but a guy at a battery store told me the concrete floor idea is not true with batteries today,, but guess what,, I still set it on wood lol

Lol guess that's why my teachers 40 years ago said to proofread everything . Forget windows termi al and replace with winter. Sorry lol

Took battery out for the windows terminal and put...

Took battery out for the windows terminal and put in basement at my house. Also put in a disconnect switch on the - side of battery , bought a 20 inch ground cable to make it work, turned out good....

That's what I am going to do,, put it in basement, am still going to put a disconnect switch in,, Illinois winter yuk. Will be leaving for Florida in a couple months

If I disconnect this ground cable that comes from the battery will everything be off for winter storag5076e ?
