Glad you're okay! I'd definitely do all 4. The new china bombs on my previous Forest River only lasted one season and I switched to Hankooks. I really like my Goodyears and wouldn't buy anything else...

Discount Tire guy didn't mention my aluminum wheels but he did say they always us metal valve stems on trailer tires with that psi.
