What is happening when you try to run them on gen power ? It may be something wrong with your rig then transfer switch maybe your honda should run one of them with no problem

Do your ac's run ok on shore power ? If so I would say it's a problem with the 6300w generator I have a 2017 3605 with the factory installed on an 5500 and it has no problems running both ac units...
