That will be better. You'll want your batteries all with the same birthday. Adding new to old doesn't work real well.

An inverter that size is nice as long as you have the battery capacity to justify it.
The two hundred watt kit you asked about doesen't justify the 2000 watt inverter.

Kits are nice but all solar components can be purchased individually and usually cheaper. You have to do the research though to ensure you size the system properly.
