Thanks for the effort :) It must have been an afterbirth, er, afterthought by the manufacture.

Yep, I have the screen.
The rail is above the screen and close to the ceiling. It looks as if it's a channel type of thing where something will slide into it. Not my pic but the rail is the same.

I have this mystery rail in the garage. It's the one above the ramp door, up near the ceiling.

Is it part of the Happi-Jack thing?
