Yea, it sounds like par for the course and I have no reason to believe that I won't experience the same exact scenario AFTER I take delivery. Hope the dealership ends up being a good one...

Admittedly, I kind of impulse-bought me one of them Aerolite 213'ers the other day. I'm not 100% a greenhorn at RV'ing, but I've never had anything that actually required ya to do any towing math...
