It took me a while to figure it out but I'll bet there is a hole in the cabinet bottom that the TV sits on so that when turned at a 45 degree angle you can install the bottom screws or bolts.. ...

How do you get to the screws that hold the TV mount to the Lazy Suzan and the Lazy Susan to the base??:confused:
