Door update, after adjusting the door latch receiver plate and a little file work its been a week and the door has not come unlatched. It actually closes and latches better than when new. LOL

Thanks for the info. When I turn the bedroom unit on the fan starts blowing and the compressor comes on with cool air for about 10 minutes than it gets warm, it then blows what cool air that is left...
