I'm trying to find a way to turn down the heat on...

I'm trying to find a way to turn down the heat on our water heater. There are no dials on the unit outside behind the metal panel. Is there a temp select dial somewhere.

Hello;

Bought a used 2005 Kodiak 195 hybrid that came with no manuals or paperwork. I can't seem to find anywhere on the internet including Kodiak's website where I can download an user manual.
