You can only use 30 amps per circuit that controller will not let you use more than that. for safety reasons. see this attachment it is similar.

Look at your current draw it is seeing an over current an the main side of A or B circuits. If you look in your breaker panel you will see that one side will have two Air conditioners on it. My unit...
