Just finished it this morning. Used a 1 1/8" hole saw and a plastic bushing I picked up at Ace Hardware. I used silicone sealant around the bushing to help seal the edge of the hole.

I don't have a set of punches so I may use a 3/4" hole saw. I like the idea of the plastic bushing to cover the hole though. Good luck.

I never thought to look on the chassis on the other side from the slide. Makes sense now. Looks like I'll have to cut a hole in the fender skirt to use it though. Right at the red X...

I'd sure would like to know in case I ever have to operate it manually. The closet slide looks rather straightforward but I'm at a loss at what to do about the big slide....
