I did grease it up. still same thing is going on...

I did grease it up. still same thing is going on i removed the set screw in awning rail and moved awning fabric because it did look tweaked not straight still wont extend on its own.

I have a 2016 voltage 3895 with 2 carefree of colorado power awnings they will not extend with out me pulling out on the arms. Motor is working and unrolling the fabric. both retract fine. Just wont...
