My valve is almost in the middle of the trailer...

My valve is almost in the middle of the trailer underside. I'm going to take your suggestion of moving it to the side where I can reach it. I also bought some ball valves at HD for the fresh water...

Hello all,
I'll be doing 3 day trips every other week for the summer. Should I be draining the fresh water tank after each trip or do you think it is OK to leave the unused water in the tank 2 weeks...
